6/10 Good

Central and convenient location. However, we were there on a Saturday which meant that the noise from the surrounding bars and clubs was extremely loud until the early hours. Slightly dated and tired rooms. Helpful and friendly cleaning staff.

This was a great spot for our stay in Inverness and is located in a great area close to everything by foot. The bed and pillows were luxuriously comfortable and it was a clean and pleasant stay. Fair size bathroom with a heating rack which came in handy for hanging some clothing. The room is tiny but had everything you need including a small table and chairs by the window and a fan. There is also a very quiet living room space outside your room to relax and use the kitchen and microwave. We got an early check in which was lucky and also greatly appreciated. I would consider staying at this place if it’s available and you are only staying a day or two.

6/10 Good

The location is good, right downtown near restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, but I couldn't get the WIFI to work with either conflicting set of instructions given to me. The room was on the second floor, so carrying two suitcases up two flights of stairs was quite an effort.

4/10 Fair

The location in the middle of downtown is a double-edged sword. Super convenient to walk to everything but street noise from the bars was very loud. Hauling suitcases to the third floor was tough. The king bed was so old and flat that our arms went numb. The bathroom was tiny and the sink so small you couldn't fill the kettle. Only decaf coffee was in the room along with a kettle that has such a short cord that my nightstand was the only flat surface close enough to an outlet. They did bring us regular coffee packets after we asked. The picture on the website makes it look cute and modern...it is anything but that. But you can walk to everything, including the closest car park about a quarter mile away.

There is no staff at the lodging. Our biggest problem was trying to get into the room when we arrived. If some other guests had not helped us, we would have been in trouble, because we were unable to reach anyone at the numbers provided to us. A message is sent out prior to your stay, and on that message is a code to get in the street level door. However, you must scroll down the message to get the code for your room door. I did not realize this and wouldn’t have realized it if the other guests had not given us this information. It would be extremely helpful if there was some kind of note to tell you to be sure to read the entire message so that you can get all the information you need for entry into your room. We were also unable to get the wall heater to work. Thankfully the outside temperatures were very mild. The bed was comfortable, the full kitchen across the hallway was great and once we figured out how to get in and out of our room the stay went very well.

Although our room wasn't overly big it was definitely well equipped (hairdryer, kettle etc), very comfortable and clean, as was the communal space with kitchen and living area. Absolutely fantastic location, ideal for visiting pubs with lots of traditional music being played. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect spot for our stay in Inverness. Close to bus and train stations, restaurants, pubs, shopping and more. Grocery store, taxi service and Victorian Market right next door was a huge plus.

Great location

Great hotel in a perfect location. Easy directions for entry. Room was spacious. Close to bars and restaurants which can be a little loud if noise bothers you. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

The location was really central and lovely, Though the bar across the street is a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us too much but if you're a really light sleeper it might be annoying. Check in was pretty smooth. We had the door code upon check-in but it took about 20 minutes for them to respond with our room code, which was a bit of a pain. We couldn't get into the room till 3:30pm. 30 mins after check in time. All in all we had a very comfortable stay in beautiful Inverness.

Very convenient location, right in the heart of Inverness. Close to some great pubs with live music which we really enjoyed. Nearby parking was expensive but it is in the city centre! Clean and comfortable for a one night stay.
