There was undeveloped wasteland all around and the direct road from the railway station was closed.The nearest grocery store was far away. Overall, my trip was successful and met my needs. The staff was helpful and responded to requests very quickly.

Imrovements needed.

Good location, decent price, big two bedroom apartment - There was only 1 small aircondition in the living room and they wanted to charge us extra for using it..... There is no way that small aircondition can cover the all apartment. Also no toiletries in the bathroom, we had to buy some.

The place (and apartment) was Ok. The management a complete disaster; the people on site are trying their best but there is not too much that they can do if the place is not ready for providing the service that they are selling. We stayed a night and survived it (the place was not unsafe but the arrangements were too bad). We'll not stay there knowing what we now know.

I'll start with the positive things. The apartment (and it is an apartment, not a hotel) is quite large and can easily accommodates at least 4 more people. I was traveling alone so it really felt quite spacious. The wifi was pretty fast and the shower was exceptionally hot which I was not expecting. Also, the property is really close to the main train station, for me its an easy walk. Also, the staff was hella chill. That said, the negatives are everything else. This was not a clean space and there were moths everywhere. There was constant standing water under the sink and the main toilet did not work. Furthermore, everything was falling apart -- the door handle fell off the bathroom door when I opened it and the front door did not work half the time. (They did fix this) Me and the taxi driver could not find the entrance because the property is not clearly demarcated. This is not related to the hotel itself but if you choose to walk to the train station you have to navigate construction debris. Overall, I dont recommend until there's major renovations.

I was staying for the night. At some point I get a call from them, asking them when I was arriving. Told them I was arriving late and they shared the location. One hour later they send me a different location, around 5 km away from the original one. When I arrive to the location, I meet a man from security who charges me a “1euro tax” to give me the key to the room. I am escorted to a building in the middle of a ghost neighbourhood. The house had no pipe water

Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande absolument pas. J'ai payé pour une nuit et, et pour le prix, je m'attendais à un minimum de confort et de prestations. Malheureusement, rien n'était au rendez-vous. Dès l'arrivée, la facturation manquait de transparence : on m'a demandé 2 eu de taxe de séjour alors que le montant annoncé était de 1,02 eu, et des frais supplémentaires ont été appliqués alors que je n'avais demandé aucun service additionnel — pas de parking, réservation pour une seule personne. Côté prestations, c'est très insuffisant : aucune serviette, pas de savon, pas de shampoing, pas de sèche-cheveux. La cuisine est très mal équipée : seulement deux verres, quelques assiettes, très peu de couverts et d'ustensiles. Certains équipements sont abîmés, plusieurs meubles endommagés, et les placards contenaient encore des papiers et du matériel oubliés, ce qui donne l'impression d'un logement mal préparé. Mais le point le plus grave concerne la sécurité. La porte du balcon, située au rez-de-chaussée, ne fermait pas : impossible de la verrouiller. De plus, la porte d'entrée à ouverture électronique ne peut pas être verrouillée de l'intérieur, ce qui signifie que toute personne disposant du code peut entrer à tout moment. Je ne me suis absolument pas senti en sécurité. J'ai finalement quitté le logement au bout de 2 heures seulement, préférant partir plutôt que d'y passer la nuit dans ces conditions.

Das Appartement entspricht ganz genau den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, jedes Schlafzimmer hat große Kleiderschränke. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nahezu perfekt. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal komnen.
