Lovely room, helpful staff and super breakfast. Easy parking too. Only minor gripe was that the window didn't stay open and we had to prop it open with a toilet roll. The was a bit of an issue as the weather was unseasonable warm and there is no AC in the room. However, the staff did say this was already noted and action was being taken. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would certainly visit again.

Gorgeous building, excellent staff. Food was 'adequate'. Room was immaculate, however, lights were to dim, one bed side lamp didn't work. Bathroom door latch was stuck in the door, toilet roll holder missing parts, shower cubicle had no slip mat, the door runners rusted so bad the wheels had come off and weren't sitting in the runners anymore and almost immediately filled with water so you have to shut the water off while you lather or it's going over the side, awful drainage as the sink would fill up without the plug in it, seems electrical appliances were missing up to date PAT test stickers and the TV signal was so poor 80% of the channels weren't really watchable. Finally, the door from the stairs to the landing really needs adjusting as it doesn't just close, it slams shut. Bit of a nuisance if you're trying to get an early night.

Great place to stay in Sheffield near the university with on site free parking which was great.
