Room was exceptionally clean and hotel was very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here.

I. Only giving it a 4 stars due to its location. The nearest metro station is 10 minutes away and the train station is 15 minutes. You can walk to city centre in around 15 minutes. A minor issue. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband & I had had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Van Belle. The staff was attentive, room accommodations were sufficient, & breakfast was satisfying. The hotel is located very close to city center which was also a bonus.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel was great for what we needed, a place walking distance from Brussels Zuid and walking distance from the centre. It was clean, staff were helpful and had a really nice atmosphere. Walking there from the station felt a lot like walking through a building site a lot of the time and we wondered what we were heading towards, but we need not have worried.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. They have luggage storage room. The only con is the zone around it, so walk there during daytime or otherwise take a bus so you don’t have to walk that much to get there. Overall excellent! :)

Everything was really great, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable, the staff were fantastic, couldn't fault anything & only 15mins walk to the grand place.

8/10 Very good

Clean and spacious room for our family. Location wasn't superb due to locating in areas where people smoke all the time and streets were dirty with rubbish but it wasn't hotel's fault. Stylish and nice lounge where travellers can take a good rest and read. Shower floor was slippery with no handles. My toddler has fallen down while having shower even with our assistance within the shower area. Luckily he wasn't hurt. Might be better to add anti slip mat for all rooms.

Had a good stay here. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is decent although basic and gets repetitive after multiple days. Facilities is nice. The area around the hotel is not the nicest but it is close to the city center.

Location was good, walkable distance to city centre. Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. The only downside was that the room was too hot in the evenings.

Great staff. Every interaction, then couldn't have tried harder. Friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic but clean. Bed was comfy. I didn't like the pillow, but that's not their fault.
