Otel çok kalabalık ve gürültülü bir yerde bulunuyor. Odalarda da bu gürültüyü yeterince engelleyecek uygun ekipmanlar yoktu, bu yüzden odada dinlenmek ve konsantre olmak mümkün değildi. Ayrıca oda da yeterince temiz değildi. Havlularda lekeler vardı, perdeler paslanmıştı ve daha birçok sorun vardı.
