Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. let me say that the location is pretty good as it is close to Besiktas square and easy access to the bosporous where many bars and restaurants are. But the actual hotel is a complete mess. After spending almost my entire stay there we had checked under the bed to see an unhealthy amount of dust and a load of trash underneath. when I say this is DISGUSTING I mean used sanitary pads, empty cans, cigarettes and used vapes all piled underneath the bed. That’s only a little part of the problem too as the mattress has hairs in it along with black mould inside the shower and the fridge also had hairs and stains inside. The staff were also pretty useless other than 1 or 1 of them. We only had our room cleaned once in the space of A WEEK and it was only cleaned upon request. We also had issues where our key cards didn’t unlock our door (thankfully they actually fixed that) and then one day our door wouldn’t lock at all and we were told we had to wait an hour for the receptionist to come back and fix it. With no confidence I contacted them on Whatsapp to get that fixed. We also had to request toilet paper which one night after requesting it, it wasn’t even given to us as most of the staff seem more interested in their phones than actually working. Overall a horrible experience with clearly very lazy workers and I don’t think they employ any cleaners. 1/10 DO NOT BOOK HERE.

I came to this hotel on my friend's recommendation, and I highly recommend it. It's a very good hotel for the price. In the hotels I've stayed in Beşiktaş before, I always had problems with cleanliness, but the rooms here were clean.

we were hesitant after reading some reviews, but we're so glad we came. They took great care of us, the rooms were very nice, I highly recommend it. You can be sure it's far better than many hotels in Beşiktaş. We told the hotel beforehand that we are meticulous about cleanliness, and a very thorough cleaning was done. They are also helpful if you need anything extra.

This property is a scam. First of all, Wind Suit is a motel, it is NOT a hotel. Its official designation from Turkish Ministry of Tourism is "Pansiyon", which corresponds more or less to motel in Turkish (Hotel is Otel in Turkish). The rooms are small and not clean at all. The housekeeping does not even know how to make a bed. There was a long strand of hair on the sheets. There was a housekeeping staff in our room causally hanging out and charging her phone in our room before we got in. They left us only two bathtowels, no hand towels or wash cloths. There was no hair conditioner, only body wash and shampoo. The AC barely worked. The balcony door was broken, it could not be locked. There were two instant coffee packets but one was used, they didn't bother replacing it. There was bird poop all over the balcony. The curtain rod fell off when we tried to open the curtains.

Room Door was Broken, No Hot water, Lift is not working properly, No room service for cleaning. Cleaning was not up to the standards. Night receptionist doesn’t understand English at all. Some of the lights were not working in the room. Had a worst ever experience. Please don’t look at the reviews in hotels.com they all are fake.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given was extremely small — barely enough space for our luggage. Thankfully, the young woman at the front desk was kind and understanding, and she moved us to another room on the main floor. Unfortunately, that’s where the issues really began. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the window (which was quite large and led directly to a public walking path) wouldn’t close or lock properly. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, this made us feel very unsafe. We brought our concerns to the front desk right away and were told it would be fixed that day. We were gone for about nine hours, but when we returned, nothing had been done — the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the window still wouldn’t close. When we brought it up again, we were told it would be fixed the next day. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable staying even one night longer, given the safety issue, so we checked out and booked another hotel at our own expense. I reached out to the hotel immediately that night to explain what happened and request a refund. It took them two days to respond, and their only reply was that they would “work on getting it fixed.” By that time, our stay was already over, and despite following up again, I still haven’t received any resolution or refund. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Puanı yüksek olduğu için tuttuğumuz yerdi ancak havlular ve odanın içi sigara kokuyordu, içerisi nemli ve duvarlar rutubetliydi. Hava soğuk olduğu için klima açmaya calıstık ancak arızalıydı. Perdede ve yerde böcekler vardı. Ses yaılıtımı kötü karşı odadan birisi cıksa sanki dibimizden kapıyı acıyor bağıra bağıra konuşuyor. Banyo ve duvarda leke izleri vardı. Tek iyi yanı lokasyonuydu. Kısacası puanıyla alakası olmayan bir yer.

Mi habitación estaba descuidada, sucia y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Desde el primer día, noté que no la habían limpiado bien en meses. Había manchas en el cabecero de la cama y en las paredes del baño, los muebles estaban rotos (mesita de noche, mesa), el enchufe del baño estaba al descubierto y había agujeros en las paredes. Esto no se veía en las fotos. Mi estancia fue de mal en peor. Les dije al personal que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y salí; se suponía que iban a arreglarlo. Cuando volví, había agua en el suelo y el aire acondicionado seguía sin funcionar. Afuera hacía más de 25 grados. La única solución que se le ocurrió al personal fue poner una toalla en el suelo; ni reembolso, ni cambio de habitación. La señora de la limpieza incluso me preguntó qué iba a hacer yo para solucionar el problema. En cuatro días, nadie se interesó por mí, nadie reparó el aire acondicionado. El último día envié un mensaje a través de Hotels.com para solicitar una compensación. No obtuve respuesta. Tuve que insistir a la recepcionista en persona para que se encontrara una solución mínima: pasar mi última noche en otra habitación. Esta segunda habitación tenía aire acondicionado, pero también manchas y muebles rotos. Este hotel es una estafa.

Otel yeterince temiz değildi. Çarşafların üzerinde kıl vardı. Araçla giderseniz park yeri biraz sıkıntı olabiliyor ama resepsiyonda çalışan size park edebileceğiniz yerleri gösteriyor. Duvarlar çok ince, başka odaların sesi aşırı fazla geliyor. Çalışanlar gayet iyiydi, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular.
