This is the second time I've stayed here and I liked it even more than the first. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that I liked to bike, they offered a hotel bike for my ride to Montreux. The proximity to good transportation, the lake, the and other amenities is outstanding. I was sad to leave but I will be back!

I stayed two nights in a lake facing room and it was a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. A free bus pass made getting to the train station and airport and Geneva so easy. I can’t wait to return!

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and had a big bathroom too. The carpets and some of the chairs in our room were a bit worn but it was overall very comfortable. Well located a convenient bus ride from the train station, would definitely stay there again.

Good pricing. Gorgeous lake view. The room was spacious, clean, coffee maker , bathtub, 3 small balconies, bar downstairs. The staff was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. I wanted to stay there longer. Short walk to lake. Food store a few feet away and restaurants walking distance. I’ll definitely be going back next time I’m in Switzerland.

The hotel staff were outstanding. Not just one person, but everyone who works there. They always had a smile and were willing to help in any way they could. We picked the hotel while staying in Lausanne because it is closer to Lake Geneva and hence better view, and we are not disappointed. The room is spacious, having three balconies, with the view to the lake and the cities in France across the lake. About 15 minutes walk to/from the train station, passing a lovely park which many locals hang out playing balls, watch kids playing, and just enjoy the sunshine. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet in the hotel as there is a great patisserie shop right by the hotel and we enjoyed all our breakfast there.
