My room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed! It had plenty of pillows which traditional hotels often lack. Oliver the dog was my favorite part of the house. He's a very sweet boy. He is very welcoming. Ken makes a great breakfast sandwich. He was very helpful with letting us know about things to do around the area. This is a great place to stay.

Ken was my host & what a great guy! My flight was delayed twice & ended up arriving 8:30pm. He went above and beyond to help me with my very heavy luggage. Was traveling alone & had a flight of stairs to deal with. My room was super comfortable. And breakfast was delicious with great conversation. Thanks again Ken for making my stay a good one!!

We stayed here the night before our flight home. Everything was top notch. If we ever return to Denver, we will definitely stay here. Our host was friendly and helpful in his advice on where to eat as well as the best route to the airport. The wonderful breakfast beat anything we would have picked up at the airport We've stayed at numerous bed and breakfasts in the US and Europe, Summit Villa ranks among the best.

The room was very comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They were flexible with our late check-in, made arrangements regarding their dogs to ensure we were comfortable, and even prepared a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us. Their thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Summit Villa is a wonderful place to stay that offers more personality and character than a regular hotel. It's a little off the beaten trail but you are rewarded with peace and quiet and beautiful vistas. The property owner and manager were welcoming and helpful and the room and attached private bathroom were clean and comfortable. It's an easy 30 minute drive to Denver Airport, I will definitely stay there again when I'm flying to CO!
