I have stayed in worse places but this motel is probably for long term guests. My room was ok but son left after finding a bullet hole in his window and bugs in his bathroom. My window was broke and taped together with scotch tape. It would have been a better value at $65 and not what we paid but when rooms are scarce you stay where you can. People were nice there at hotel though.

The room was clean and very quiet. There are 2 parts to this motel. I stayed in the one across the road from where the office and other units are. It appears it may have been updated in the last few years. I would definitely recommend staying here. I was able to walk to some of the restaurants.

Antler is kept clean, and the rooms in particular are very well maintained, cozy, and comfortable. The motel itself is composed of 2 older buildings, and the office is across the street from the section we stayed in. It was very full at the time we stayed, which made parking a challenge—the location left us feeling a bit exposed as we were there for business and did have valuables with us. However, overall we found Antler to be one of the most comfortable, safe, and certainly one of the best values of anywhere to stay in Kemmerer. Would recommend!

Kemmerer stay

This is an older mom&pop motel. The room was nice size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had a refrigerator/freezer unit. We liked the fact the bathroom had a chair height toilet. Every motel we have stayed in on our cross country trip had whst we call "child size" toilets. Our only complaint is no electrical outlet in the bathroom and no hook to hang clothes on while you shower . We would have no problem staying there again.

Small town America delivers!

We stayed in the portion of the hotel across the street from the main office/rooms, so I can only comment on that. Through no fault of the hotel, the cleaning staff person had called in sick....this put things behind schedule. The manager was very nice, apologetic, and provided some compensation for this minor delay in getting into our room. The room itself, was clean, comfortable and perfect for all of our needs. It is not a fancy, new motel; however the room was in good repair and had nice amenities (ie good sized refrigerator, single serve coffee maker, etc). I would definitely stay at the Antler Motel in Kemmerer again!

We checked in very late, and there was an issue with EXPEDIA double booking us at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and made sure we were able to get a room!! Very comfortable rooms! This is an older hotel, but we would definitely stay here again! Very clean!! Very comfy!! Very nice staff!!

Extremely old motel, smelled old. Felt dingy, didn't feel clean. They messed up my reservations, I booked 2 rooms, 1 room for a pet. The lady working in the lounge had to run my card twice cuz even after I told her I had a pet & needed a pet room, after she got us all switched into a pet room, immediately after that she took my debit card to run it. After she ran my card the lounge lady then informed me that she didn't charge me for my pet. I asked how much. With us traveling I didn't want a bunch of ridiculous charges on my card. Well I didn't have enough cash, so gave her my card to put the $25.00 pet fee on there. This motel didn't have any ice. Really it's summer time people. Not happy, definitely won't return to this motel. Especially when they charging over $140 for each room
