My stay began on 11/18/25, and upon arrival the unit was in extremely unsanitary and uninhabitable condition. There was visible blood on the mattress, along with multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues that made the apartment unsafe for occupancy and well below any reasonable standard for a rental property. I contacted property management immediately through the WhatsApp number provided and was told that cleaning and repairs would be handled. No one ever arrived, and no corrective action was taken despite giving proper notice and ample time to address the issues. Because management failed to remedy the conditions, I was forced to hire a cleaning professional at my own expense in order to make the unit safe enough to occupy. I do not recommend this property based on the condition upon arrival and the lack of response from management.

The desk staff were great and the place was a nice place. I also would go back because it was really clean. Sometime water did not get hot and some of the furniture is not made for 200 pound plus people. It is also not a children friendly place. The structure is not safe for children. Views were Amazing!! There was an issue with stove continuosly going off. Maintence was schedule but no one came by, they reached back out and said they would there. However, it was a no-show. I had to deal with a continous night of beeping. Next night at 1am, I showed video, I was advised to turn off breaker. There should be some type compensation for inconvience. The property is very nice and in great location from stores and food (must drive due to hills).

Our internet reception was horrible at best. It was constantly intermittent, which was not acceptable as we had a child giving birth in the hospital nearby. This happened For the 3 nights we were there.

The place had potential, but our stay had a few challenges. There were quite a few ants around the unit, which was a bit frustrating. It was also very hot inside—there was no AC, and unfortunately, the fans weren’t enough to keep the space cool. There weren’t quite enough towels provided for our group. Also, we weren’t able to watch local channels on the TV, which was a bit of a letdown. With a few improvements, it could have been a much more comfortable stay. Hopefully, future guests will have a better experience!

We had the best view to Medellin City. The reception guys were very nice and helpful during Checking In. The apartment was clean and neat. My only suggestion would be to add more stuff in the kitchen like plates and pans, and more towels available to avoid to ask for replacement.

Beautiful apartment 608 but wish had booked balcony or natural light..was very nice..uber is really cheap too travel anywhere in the city..everything really good only couple of bad points..our apartment no balcony & the seating area which was with the apartment took a lot of noise of people with music & smoking that was the only bad point with this apartment..But in general very good & will definitely be back but will choose better apartment..we stayed 18 days but nobody cleaned the apartment so we did our best too keep it clean

The only pro's about this property is that it has beautiful views and away from all the noise in Parqeu Lleras. However, this apt has NO A/C. The hot water is literally a squirt and last about 10 mins max. The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, bed sheet are thin (luckily because there's NO A/C!, towels were never changed my whole stay, there were insects (flies, spiders, etc) inside the apt. Never once did anyone come in and clean, nor offer. There is really nothing in walking distance so you have to take a taxi or Uber everywhere. This property is good if you're on a strict budget, if not, I do not recommend it. It was definitely not what I was expecting.

I had many concerns and I reached out to the host and he actually left me on read. First things first when I got there two hours after the time I was told NO ONE knew I was coming. I was with a newborn and I stood there for a hour because no one knew the apertment the host wasn’t answering and the keys were missing. when I arrived someone from the company came and kept screaming saying I am in the wrong apartment when I was not. I felt unsafe and she was not letting me leave from in front of her. After that we found a cockroach and two bees. How bees this high? Not sure ? But I told him that too and he didn’t answer. My son is highly allergic to bees and got stung so he did not care about our safety. The sink leaks all over your personal belongings and the floor was never cleaned you can see the dirt all over that it disgusted us to walk on it. The fridge kept leaking as well causing floods making it dangerous for my kid to walk around. I understand places have their issues but it’s be decent for the host to at least respond when concerns are brought up. Unprofessional and awful stay
