6/10 Good

The rooms have sisal carpet and because it sits on the beach they smell musty. Hotel seems dated. We had to go to a shop and buy a special air freshener to sleep. Sadly the power went out one night and they room was hot and there was no explanation or resolve until later the next morning. The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were friendly.

As a female solo traveler, this place was wonderful - right on the beach, staff were exceptional and the room had everything you need. The breakfast had good options too!

4/10 Fair

The staff were nice when we arrived and left, specifically the young lady at the concierge desk, and the breakfast was good. However, for the price, this hotel was certainly lacking. We reserved a room with a pool and ocean view, the view was the only good part. Out of 4 hotels we stayed at in multiple locations during our trip, this one was by far the worst and the most expensive per night, which is a ridiculous combination. When we arrived to the hotel and went to the restrooms below the restaurant, we noticed the doors to the toilets did not close / lock, which was the first red flag. Once in our rooms, we immediately noticed it was much much smaller than what it looked like in the pictures, the bed spread looked dirty/ stained (we removed it and did not use it). The floors looked dirty. The pool was advertised as a heated pool but it was broken and we couldn’t use it (we called staff and asked about this to no resolution other than - it’s broken). The toilet area had a sensor for the light, and it would shut off within seconds of being in the toilet area, which was adding annoyance to the whole stay. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant and food were good, but the hotel rooms are certainly overpriced and under maintained.

8/10 Very good

Quirky hotel, very good breakfast but the room smelt damp - no surprising as the shower is in the room it’s self. Room feeling a little tired for it being classed as a boutique style hotel

Lovely little gem in Llafranc! Cool interior design, amazing breakfast and breakfast area. We particularly enjoyed the amazing view from the seafront rooms, as well as the possibility to borrow SUP boards. It was also a nice gesture to have free filtered water/coffee/tea and fruit available in the hallway. The hospitality in the restaurant/bar could improve, but the receptionists were very service-minded. Would definetely come back to this little gem.

Wow!! What an incredible place in the heart of perfection!! If you love the sound of the ocean, a clean and perfect accommodation with all of the small luxuries like filtered water, coffee, tea and snacks, along with an amazing breakfast/restaurant and beach access…you should book. I am an avid traveler who likes high end and I would book again in a heartbeat!!!

Very pleasant service, thank you Patricia for the very good recommendations for trips nearby! Also the surroundings were very nice, a quiet wonderful beach, good hiking adventures, fine restaurants (especially the one in the Hotel Isabellas) and the breakfast buffet was wonderful and very lovely prepared. Full recommendation & 5 stars!

Room was small but comfortable. Daily maid service. Restaurant staff were awesome and friendly both for breakfast and drinks on the terrace. A beautiful setting in a lovely town.

Stayed there with my wife. Originally booked 4 nights but added 2 more as we really liked the place. A quiet and cosy hotel in a very nice village. First of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful - 10 out of 10. Food really good, a spanish breakfast buffet really good. We definately have this down as a future destination.

Magic location, but needs some investment

Great location, but the rooms are tired and it seems like some investment is needed, to bring the property to a proper hotel standard.
