Quick stay

Decent room size and the beds were comfortable. The views from the windows were amazing. Bathroom amenities were nice. We showed up at 9:53 for breakfast and they didn’t want to serve us unless we hurried so we skipped it and went to our other hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa which was extra anyway. Easy walk to the train to get into town as well. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town and we slept well.

We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff.

The advertised spa and hot tub are an additional charge of 20 Euros per person per hour, which was not evident in the hotels.com feature. The breakfast was very good. Great stay

We recently stayed at this hotel in early September and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly cordial and welcoming. Despite it being the beginning of the month, there were many groups of tourists, which added to the lively atmosphere. One of the perks of staying here is that the hotel offers a train card, which was very handy for traveling between Vallorcine and Chamonix — a great bonus for exploring the area. We were quite pleased with the hotel, though we did encounter two minor issues. First, our room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. Second, the swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these small inconveniences, if these issues aren’t deal breakers for you, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The overall experience was positive, and the location and service were excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience very pleasant. A special thank you to Layla, who provided exceptional customer service. While I was waiting in line to check in, I noticed how kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming she was with every single guest. When it was my turn, she gave me the same warm attention and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Great hotel, great service, and an especially wonderful team. Highly recommended!
