I am defo coming back again!

After spending 2 nights at Budget Room Copenhagen (leaving today), I am very satisfied during my time here for sure - Comfortable bed and the environment was quiet. - The workers (Nihad & Nilo) were extremely helpful and made sure I felt at home - The bathroom were clean The hostels is located at Ishøj's Center where you can easily access relatively cheap food within 5 minutes walking distance. Which is a nice bonus. Overall, I have nothing but positive to say about this hostels and I will definitely recommend anyone to visit here while on a trip in Copenhagen! Best regards, /Musa

Do not stay here! The pictures are nothing like it is here. It’s like the movie SAW. Also a bunch of men sitting in the dark on the stairs. I did not feel safe staying here. I ended up getting a hotel and paying again. I am trying to get a refund since i did not stay. It the property manager won’t get back to me.

We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed.

Be careful what you book.

The place is inside a shopping center in the middle of a construction zone. It looked like a scene from a horror movie when i was walking up to our room. Bathrooms are in horrible condition with mold everywhere. They had 1 towel in our room for three people and when i messaged the owner about it he just stopped messaging. Also messaged again the next morning and still No answer.

Building site- avoid till complete! Photoshop pics

On booking the information said it was 24hrs contactless checking in but that proved stressful as all doors to the property were locked - I was contacted to prewarn about it but could then not reach the person when I was outside on a building site trying to get into key lockers that I did not have codes for, the entry was through a building site with bed linnen hanging to dry and the carpets were filthy, and lights horrible and no way to darken the room. Conditions I don’t even expect in a 3rd world Country and though it was cheap, the pictures and discription is misleading - this should not be open in this state, but I am grateful to the kind man that in the end opened the door and took me to the room

Most horrible hotel experience of my entire life!

We could not stay at this place because it did not feel safe and it was not clean. There were people smoking in all the areas for everyone to use. We had to leave and tried to cancel and planned to pay for the first night only. We could not get ahold of the owner on the phone to cancel and there was no reception and no way to cancel when we arrived. We then called Hotels.com for help and they tried to call this hotel to help us cancel, but the people didn’t answer. At this point the person on the phone told us they would continue to call and cancel for us and that they would immediately start a refund. This was NOT helpful!!! We thought everything was taken care of, but because this terrible hotel didn’t answer the phone the first day they could refuse to give us a discount and we had to pay to stay at a hotel when we didn’t even stay there. It would have been better if Hotels.com had been honest with us that they possibly could not cancel the booking and they we could be liable to pay for the entire stay. If I had known that right away I would have continued to try to reach them myself that first day. When your told you are getting a refund and that they will cancel the booking for you, you feel scammed when you suddenly have to pay.

Jeg havde regnet med lille køkken, som vist i annoncen også TV. Så var der mange som talte meget højt. Svært at finde om aftenen når Ishøj centeret var lukket. Søgte meget fredag nat - blev samlet op af en billist. Til sidst kørte vi ind hvor der var indkørsel forbudt og så var det i hjørnet. ok med bad på gangen.

Rimelig rent på værelset, toilet og bad var møgbeskidt, køkkenet benyttede vi slet ikke. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden Udlejer forsøgte at få os til at afbestille værelset, de skulle åbenbart renovere. Og havde vi vist det var så dårligt, var vi slet ikke kommet. Der var ingen til at lukke os ind, da vi kom. Vi ventede i 3/4 time Det kan godt være det var billigt men der kan da som det mindste være rent og pænt En rigtig dårlig oplevelse.

Behagelig seng, ingen problemer med støj eller des lige. Mindre rengøringsproblem, men det er på områder, der ikke er let tilgængelige, som f.eks oven på skabe. Toiletfaciliteter bærer dog præg af brugsskader. Alt i alt god værdi for pengene.

L'hébergement est insalubre. On y marcherai même pas en chaussettes tellement il y a de tâches sur la moquette. La cuisine nous n'aurions pas tenter d'y faire chauffer de l'eau. Rien ne donner envie de rester. Nous avons préférai annuler et quitter les lieux. Douches douteuses, cuisine, sols a crasseux. La chambre n'en parlons pas. Des trous au plafond, sans isolation. Les sprinklers incendis au plafond sont soient enfoncés et ne risque pas de fonctionner soient au plafond dans un trou trop gros. Sécurité et hygiène 0 nul !!!. Je ne recommande pas! Passer votre chemin et préférez au mieux l'hôtel Bycenter juste derrière. Seul le centre commercial relève la note sinon perso 0.
