I booked my stay at this hotel and paid it all in advance. 3 days before I arrived to Kinshasa, USA made a drastic change to the travel restrictions due to the Ebola outbreak that forced me to cancel my trip. I reached out and requested a refund since this was something outside of my control and the hotel denied my request. This was a very disappointing outcome considering I couldn’t do anything about it. I believe the hotel should have made an attempt to work with me considering the unusual and severity of the situation.

Hotel Stella is a lovely boutique hotel in a very urban and intense area of Kinshasa. The rooms are well-appointed, clean. The decor is lovely and continental breakfast is served daily. The staff is fantastic. I highly recommend this nice and budget-friendly hotel.

Bästa hotellet, trevlig samt proffsigt personal, känns tryggt. Det ligger precis i samma byggnad som gallerian med butiker. Lätt att ta sig överallt i kinshasa då den ligger intill stora vägen. Hemtrevlig hotell.
