Breakfast was good, but some of the items had already been used (45mins before the end of breakfast) and it took a while for even the bread to be replaced. Comfy stay in a great location

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was worth the add-on. The front desk and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful as well! It's located in a great spot for access to transit or a quick walk to a plethora of good restaurants, and it's not far at all from the train station.

Off street parking was definitely a bonus, but the entrance/exit is very tight and narrow so a larger vehicle (I have a mini) might have some issues. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was ok, a tiny bit tatty but ok. Breakfast was a good selection, quite enjoyable. My stay was only 2 nights but it was handy for visiting the multitude of Chateau’s in the area. I would definitely return if I was ever in Tours again.

Very friendly staff. Basic, small room with kettle, tea and coffee but no stirrers. Carpet was dirty around the side of the bed and could do with replacing. There is a car park but this is not free, which we didn't know when booking. The bar area is very nice.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Paid extra for a “superior” room that was awful. Baseboards completely detached from walls with tons of dust and gunk, questionable cleanliness of carpeted floors. A good amount of mold/mildew in the shower walls and joints and with hair still left from previous guests. Some stained pillow covers(they were clean but you still don’t want to see old set in stains right?) good thing it was only 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel hard to find. Room small and a bit dated. Shower in bathtub is not 2022. And the WiFi was very unreliable. Worked poorly at best. Had to log on every time when you had closed your phone and wanted to start again.

The rooms are tiny. I booked a superior room thinking it will be spacious and there is barely any room to move in there. The bathroom is like a cupboard and the shower is tiny. Stains everywhere and a bad smell. These rooms are in desparate need of renovation, uncomfortable mattresses and old pillows with yellow stains inside. Towels are dried up and probably years old. Carpets disgusting and stained. Awful experience there is nothing superior about these rooms. This is more like a 1 star hotel.

Nous aurions aimé que les travaux (sur 3 niveaux !) soient signalés sur hôtels.com car pas de salle petit déjeuner ! Quelques viennoiseries et une compote dans un sac, boissons en distributeur sur le palier, au même prix que le buffet. Pas génial pour les enfants, ni pour nous, sans confort sur le lit..... Séjour un peu entaché par cette mauvaise nouvelle à l'arrivée. A côté de ça, personnel à l'accueil très aimable et honnête.

Läget på hotellet var bra med gångavstånd till stadskärnan och bra parkering i källaren. Tyvärr var det renovering på hotellet vilket gjorde att frukosten vars stängd vilket vi inte fått info om. Små rum med lite slitet badrum. Okej för övernattning en natt då vi var på genomresa.
