Good location (close to the beach) and family friendly (pool, mini-golf, activities for adults and kids). Nice view from balcony. Only downside is that we had a room just next to the elevator and we could hear noise from people on the same floor and from floor above us.

Very old property, but old !! For 2 bedrooms apartment only one air conditioner one toilet, kitchen small but ok not much utensils , only 4 pillows I called asking for more pillows they said they didn’t have , they charge me extra for a kid but when I claim this next morning and asked for refund they didn’t give anything , breaois not included but it is ok the piece but o my 2 persons charging at the entrance, refilling back food , doing all in a place that could easily were 150 persons I asked for boil eggs and they said they were coming and never came, parking is extra, apartment is very close to the beach, empuria looks like old town and tearing off, what I paid for a night was not cheap at all for I did received , also swimming pool area it is not big so I don’t know how many people there with very small quantity of beds

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip, but unfortunately, it was also the worst. The place felt really old and in desperate need of updates. The walls seemed to have no insulation—you could hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring rooms. Definitely not worth the price.

Das Zummer hatte zwei Räume und daher ausreichend Platz. Doch die Kûche war alt. In den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wurde NIE das Zimmer / Bad gereinigt! Es wurden nur die Betten gemacht und gelegentlich die Badzimmertücher getauscht. Positiv war der grosse Balkon und der Meerblick. Generell hat das Hotel die besten Tage weit hinter sich gelassen. Vieles war alt und heruntergekommen. Eine Renovierung ist nötig. Das Frühstück liess leider auch zu wünschen übrig, wenn auch die Auswahl ok war. Alles eher vom billigsten. Doch positiv war der Service und das Personal - immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Strand und Restaurants war auch gut. Trotzdem, wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Vraiment médiocre ! Des lits cassés avec des matelas dur comme de la pierre. Meublement très très vieux et usé. Dans la salle de bain remonter d'égout à chaque utilisation de l'eau, les WC qui ne sont meme pas fixés au sol. Propreté de tout l'appart a revoir j'ai retrouver de la poussière absolument partout, du tabac a l'intérieur sur les chaises . La femme de ménage qui nettoie avec des serviettes de bain pour faire la poussière. Il faut revoir le protocole d'hygiène. Les prises était complèment détaché du mur. Le frigo était tout gras de tout partout. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et franchement rien était frais. En conclusion, c 'est à éviter il y a des meilleure Hotel dans le coin. HOTEL.COM enlever le de la liste de proposition.

Parking: VORSICHT: Auf der offiziellen Homepage wird mit «Free Parking» geworben. Das entspricht nur teilweise der Wahrheit. Bucht man das Zimmer über einen anderen Anbieter, kostet der Parkplatz 12.50 Euro pro Tag!!! Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Parkhaus ist allerdings sehr eng. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind relativ gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Mobiliar ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In der Appartmentküche hat es nur wenige Kochutensilien. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sowie die leistungsstarken Herdplatten mit dem guten Dampfabzug. Der Balkon ist zum Essen ungeeignet, da es dort nur einen Mini-Tisch gibt. Lautstärke: Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Im 3. Stock hörte ich morgens täglich, wie ab 7.45 Uhr im Frühstücksraum die Stühle hin und her geschoben wurden. Abends nochmals dasselbe: zwischen 22.00 und 23.30 Uhr werden die Stühle im Essraum hin- und her geschoben, wahrscheinlich um den Raum für das Frühstück vorzubereiten. Frühstück: Der Frühstücksraum ist riesig und erinnert von der Grösse her an eine Turnhalle. Entsprechend hoch ist der Geräuschpegel, besonders am Wochenende. Wegen des grossen Andrangs und der Lautstärke haben wir sonntags teilweise auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Wlan: Eher schwach, auf dem Balkon kein Empfang. Pool: Haben wir nicht benutzt, weil die Musik dort oft sehr laut war. Personal: Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sowie das Reinigungspersonal waren freundlich.
