This is a budget, bare bones spot but fine for a night. The linens and bathroom were very clean. The staff was great allowing us to put a few things in their fridge overnight. It is very close to the central station.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They even contacted me when the found my lost phone that I left behind. I would definitely stay again.

Very good location. Restaurants nearby. Clean room. Good staff. Lots of historic places nearby. Just awesome. But only one drawback no lift and have to take care climbing narrow stairs.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location and an overall wonderful stay. The property was a little difficult to find, and the climb to the room was quite steep, but the experience was still very enjoyable.

Hotel was clean enough no issues checking in. Great location for exploring, like other reviews say if you dont like stairs maybe book somewhere else.

Great location

8/10 Very good

All I can say is the location is very convenient. Only 500 meters from the main train station and most of the attraction in the city within walking distance. However, the room is small but clean. Mind your head when you climb upstairs. No elevator and narrow walkway. No breakfast but good coffee provided. A little expensive with such room type. One final thing, the hotel entrance is small that it is very easy to miss out.

Quite basic, but clean and had comfortable beds. Do not go if you have trouble with stairs as they have a lot of very steep stairs with no lift.

Nice location. Easy to visit around places. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. The worst part was the stairs to room but normally in this type of building.

I think it’s a good hotel to stay for a couple days and it’s near the transportation

Room was ok and staff were nice and helpful. A kettle in the room would be a nice touch.

2/10 Poor

Room was dirty upon arrival (bathroom, sheets, floors, etc). Stairs are a nightmare but you’ll find that everywhere in Amsterdam. The only good part was the amazing location - close to everything. Not worth it though.

Got exactly what I was expecting for a one night stay near the train station. I read the reviews about no elevator and the stairs being dangerous. No experience in my life could prepare me for how steep, narrow, and windy the stairs are in this hotel. If you have a checked bag you may not want to stay here. Looking for adventure??? Book away. The staff were excellent and was very clean. Great location in the mix of things.

6/10 Good

Lots of shops and food nearby and transportation nearby. If you have a problem with stairs or ladder type stairs DO NOT STAY HERE! and make sure you check the other hotels in the area as most are like this in this area.

This location was amazing! Right in the heart of Amsterdam central. The accommodations are very basic, but provided everything we needed as a family of 5 staying in one room. The beds and room were great.

The hotel is comfortable and the best thing is that is near the central station. But I what to tell that also the rooms are clean and the recepcionists are friendly.
