Overall, no complaints. I rated it lower than what may be expected because I reserved the room thinking there was air-conditioning, but there was not. Because of this, the staff was not willing to cancel my rumor reservation. Because there was no air-conditioning even though it was cool outside, it was hot and humid in the room the whole night, even with a fan. To open the window mint, I would open myself up to burglary because the room next to me had the same window that opened in the same direction. Because I didn’t sleep well I had a bad next day and I had to utilize that day well because I had to be up till 2 AM. I was strategic to try to get a good night sleep that night, but it just did not happen. I wish the hotel would have allowed me to cancel because of that reason. I also didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked a double room and I got a room with two that appeared to be extra large twin beds. One may have been a small double. The staff was very helpful. The area was perfectly located to the train and bus station for Travel. The price was right they had breakfast that serve served a wonderful cappuccino.

Didn’t arrive till after midnight due a late night train. It was pouring rain and there were not enough taxis. I walked the 25 minutes and came into this attractive foyer and welcoming staff. In no time I was dry in my clean bed. Thank you!

Puedo decir que estaba limpio. Aunque la colcha tenía manchas. Pero siendo dos personas solo nos han dejado 1 pastilla de jabón. Cada vez que te tienes que limpiar tienes que levantarte a coger papel o coger un puñado de golpe porque son servilletas colocadas fuera del alcance del wc. Procurar llevar de comer a la habitación porque no tienen máquina expendedora como muchos otros hoteles. Ni de agua ni nada. Dicen que hay aparcamiento en la zona. Cierto. Si ese día se produce un milagro y lo encuentras. Sinceramente para lo que cobran…. He visto mucho mejores hoteles con mejor servicio. Ahh sin contar un olor muy fuerte que hubo en la planta. Por lo menos en la mía. El personal si es agradable.

Neues Zimmer in gutem Hotel und schöner Stadt

Das Einzelzimmer 303 war sehr klein, aber das wusste ich ja bereits vorher. Es war alles sehr neu und in tadellosem zustand. Der Ausblick geht leider nur auf einen kleinen Innenhof. Ansonsten kein Tageslicht. Für eine Übernachtung absolut ausreichend, Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Kabel vom Föhn muss unbedingt ausgewechselt werden....
