This place is really awesome! It is a beautiful place in a great location! We booked a one bedroom but were lucky enough to get upgraded to a two bedroom due to some maintenance being done on our original room (Thank you!). Everything about this stay was top notch, from communication with the staff, to virtual check-in, to parking, etc. We were in town for a short stay just to catch a concert at the Ryman. Perfect location for that, as it is only about a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of great restaurants very nearby as well. I have zero complaints about this property, and highly recommend the two bedroom for a family of four (although I'm sure we would have been content with the one bedroom as well). The two bedroom had tons of space and the beds were awesome! Will most certainly keep Kasa Capitol Hill on our short list of great places to stay in downtown Nashville!

Super close to Broadway. Very clean. We were down in the basement area, there was a funky smell in the hallway, but not in the apartment at all. Just being so close to Broadway it is a bit noisy on the outside of the building. It looks like they normally provide earplugs for you in the apartment (the room I was in did not have any but I think normally it does). I’m sure it was just a mistake that got missed. The layout was great. They’re super responsive when I reached out to them about. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Very nice place to stay and close to Broadway. Kitchen made it nice to cook breakfast in the morning as there was grocery store 3 blocks away and liquor store. Will stay here again. Nashville is awesome!
