5 star hotel with 5 star hospitality. Over the last 11 months we have stayed at hotels all over Asia. Everything was perfect from rooms to service. Their standards is really top notch even for the Sheraton.

Great experience for me and my small family. Stayed here for 5 days. Staff was friendly, nice and super accommodating to our needs. Pool, gym and sauna was a plus. Breakfast buffet was priced fairly for its range of variety. One of the better stays we have had in China.

4/10 Fair

Never been made to feel more unwelcome in a 5*hotel. The stafftreat guest at best as an inconvenie ce and at worst like potential thieves. First night I tried the a la chart menu "japanese beef curry" inedible. Waitress disinterested when I complained . Still had to pay for it. Top floor Sheraton club- made to feel unwelcome by the barwoman and another member of staff who when I asked for the drinks list just indicated 6-8 bottles on the counter and was told that was it. Needless to say, I didn't grace them with my custom.
