We stayed at the NAGI Hotel & Lounge for two nights. This is a fairly simple hotel in Hiroshima but very clean, comfortable and the room we had was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in assisting with forwarding our luggage on to another destination. They even came to the room when they realised they’d overcharged us for the luggage forwarding to give us back some money. The hotel is well situated by the train station which was great for getting around and was in a nice quiet street. I would recommend NAGI for anyone looking for a stay in Hiroshima.

The hotel was clean and well run. The hotel staff helped me retrieve my iPhone, which was left on a transfer bus from the airport to Hiroshima station. They made several phone calls for me and I was able to retrieve my iPhone pretty quickly and easily, thanks to their help. The location was perfect and all the amenities were great, especially at this price point. Would be happy to return if we are in Hiroshima again.

Conveniently located hotel just a short walk from Hiroshima Station. The room is larger than average for most Japanese hotels, clean, and quiet; there’s also free amenities and water downstairs. Another plus, the hotel is entirely smoke-free. You can find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Whenever I return to Hiroshima, I definitely would stay here again!
