We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples. The property was clean, and the room layout worked perfectly for our family with two boys. The location also allowed us to experience authentic Neapolitan culture, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Very nice room with a terrace. Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Close to everything. Small but very good breakfast. Good A/C. WiFi good enough for working remote. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Wine, beer, sparkling wine and soft drinks in the mini bar. Well worth a stay!

8/10 Very good

Hotel Il Convento is situated in the heart of the busy Quartieri Spagnoli, although it was very quiet within our room and we were not disturbed at all by the lively atmosphere outside. It is well situated for the metro (Toledo) and local places of intetest. Breakfast offered various options. The hotel was very clean and lovely touches, including toiletries, spare tooth brush and hair straighteners. It is quite traditional in its styling. We did feel rather more tolerated than welcomed as customers, but that may have been due to our very limited Italian.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Umberto was especially helpful in giving us information. While not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the location is excellent if you want to be in the Spanish Quarter and close to the Historic Center. The bed was very comfortable and the attached patio was a pleasant surprise.

Every staff member was fantastic, helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a perfect location in the Spanish Quarters, close to everything downtown and the water. Breakfast was delicious every day. Leftover snacks and a coffee machine were available at any time. They give useful, thoughtful items in the room: toothbrush, comb, razor, slippers...I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Il Convento is the sort of well run three star hotel that one looks for in a new city. The location is excellent with access to the entire city and beyond. The small side street feel is comforting an buts you in the middle of a real neighborhood. It provides very hight quality for a very reasonable price.

Exceeded my expectations. Right in the heart of old Naples. Lots of food and a small grocery store nearby. Our room had a terrace and it was absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and breakfast. Close to metro. Some noise from the street. Not an old convent. A bit overpriced.
