Misleading

Incredibly misleading photos and information on the website. No beer garden, no restaurant, no breakfast, no event facilities at all. The hotel was dark and run down.

Never received a code. Very rude communication.

Never received a door code. When you get there, there is more information at the door, but that's completely useless once there. Vanue says they send the code, but don't respond to any request to confirm the phone number they send it to and they don't provide any proof of sending it. Only got one very rude mail from them in German (after contacting them in English) saying they sent the code by text. In the end we had to find a different place to stay. Don't boom. They're scammers.

Got there . No one available. Told I’d received an email with my codes to enter . This hadn’t arrived . Then when this was sorted the restaurant and bar was closed so couldn’t get food or drink . There was no secure parking for my motorcycle. I tried on multiple times to phone the hotel . The number on the notice board and the one hotel.com gave me wasn’t working. In the end I had to ride another 50 km to find another hotel . After already riding 850 miles from north wales this was the last thing I wanted to do .

So lala. Tür zur Toilette mit großem Spalt, was zu Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer führt. Nette Bedienung am Abend, als ich noch ein Glas Rotwein trank. Bedienung der Heizung kompliziert und undurchschaubar. Deshalb kalt! Schlechte Qualität des Fernsehgeräts: ständige Unterbrechungen von Ton und Bild. Keine Antwort auf die schriftliche Frühstücksbestellung. Am Morgen um acht war der Frühstücksraum verschlossen. Keine Reaktion auf mein Anklopfen.

Leider ist alles schief gegangen was nur ging! Gebuchte Zimmer war schon belegt als wir einchecken wollten! Nach telefonischer Rücksprache wurde eine Notlösung für eine Nacht gefunden und am nächsten Morgen bekamen wir die info das die 2 Nacht in einen anderen Hotel ist! Der Chef hat wirklich alles getan um das Problem der doppel Buchung zu lösen und das rechen wir ihn hoch an aber den Fehler auf meine Buchungsänderung zu schieben......! Wenn ein Zimmer bezahlt ist darf es nicht weiter gegeben werden in unseren Augen! Leider war durch den ganzen Stress das WE nicht so wie geplant! Die reinigungskraft bekommt von uns mehr als 5 Sterne sowas von nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich trifft man selten! Für uns heißt es aber nie mehr eine Buchung wo man nur einen Code bekommt denn auf einmal steht man in einen Zimmer wo schon Sachen sind! Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung top wenn man nicht so hohe Ansprüche hat und alles ist sehr sauber!
