From the moment we arrived the staff at the front desk were welcoming and pleasant and patient. The location is perfect - just a quick two blocks walk to the Capitol Plaza. and one block to a main shopping street! The rooms were clean and I constantly saw the staff keeping the rooms and community spaces clean. Breakfast was nice and I do recommend it. Thank you Hotel Albert for a wonderful stay in Toulouse!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Several of the front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for us. The hotel is conveniently located in Toulouse, but a little difficult to drive to because of streets that are blocked to car traffic except for deliveries. Parking at Jean D'Arc is a few blocks away. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices.

A smart and clean family run hotel that over delivers on its 3* rating. Modern facilities in a characterful building. It’s very central, an easy 10-15 mins walk from the main railway station, and pretty much everything you’ll want to do/see is within walking distance. Quiet side street location, friendly staff and a good quality buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

An absolute gem of a hotel in central Toulouse. Perfect location - central but very quiet in the rooms; clean, comfortable, spacious rooms; delicious breakfast; and outstandingly helpful and friendly front desk staff. Highly recommend!

Rooms were rather small but delicious breakfast and excellent staff

8/10 Very good

Old building you may hear the stairs cracking (during the night becomes annoying), room quite small, TV set close to the bed, bit difficult to cross the room without touching it. Was probably renovated but stains are visible in the bathroom, good location. Nevertheless it is clean, very nice and helpful staff.

Desk staff were lovely and very helpful. I had to leave veeery early in the morning and the gent at the desk made sure I got my Uber to the airport okay. Room was small but neat and clean, bathroom was spotless. Amazing location! You can walk to pretty much any major attraction within ten minutes, plus bus stops and metro very close. Very quiet as well, I'm a light sleeper and there was zero noise. Would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay made extra special by the warmth of all the staff. The young lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful for me. Mauro was exceptionally professional and again so helpful. I’ll be returning. Thanks everyone.

You will find a lovely French hotel with a wonderful staff! The front desk staff are pleasant & attentive to your needs. I was taking my breakfast upstairs and juggling the plate, coffee & juice. The front desk gentleman rushed over with a tray. I wish I knew his name, but he was there four years ago as well. He is definitely a treasure & a asset to the hotel.
