A truly wonderful hotel, in walking distance of the centre of Arromanches. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room and hotel amenities were all well presented. The swimming pool is lovely, as in the garden setting area. Breakfast was a beautiful cold selection of local and home made products, as well as hot scrambled eggs and bacon. We would definitely visit again.

It’s a fantastic place to stay when visiting Normandy- it’s a well positioned hotel to all the historical venues. The rooms are upgraded and shower is hot and great pressure. We chose this as a base for Dday activities (over Bayeux). No regrets. The room was spacious with a view of the sea. The staff was lovely and we could walk into Arromanches in about 5 minutes, which had shops, restaurants, and a museum which provided great information on naval landings (Overlord and Dragoon) which we didn’t get anywhere else (all outside the museum).
