The staff was friendly. We arrived well over the 2pm check in time but we still had to wait an extra 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. The pictures used on Expedia are photoshopped to look better than it actually is. The bed linens and towels were crusty with stains on them. There was trash underneath the bed and on one of the sides of the bed mattress was a lot of caked up dust or dirt. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The floor we stayed on though was quiet and it’s located in a decent area.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away!

This hotel was a complete nightmare. We never received the room we booked, and when we asked the receptionist, he told us the room was fully booked. We were shocked, especially since we had made our reservation months in advance. The room we were given was filthy and clearly not prepared for guests. There were stains on the bed and bedsheets. The shower didn’t work, and other equipment in the bathroom was broken. Even the door couldn’t be closed properly because the lock was damaged. It honestly felt like the room hadn’t been used—or cleaned—for a long time. There was no room service available. The pictures they advertise are completely misleading and likely photoshopped. To make matters worse, we paid the hotel in advance for airport transportation, but when the driver arrived, the receptionist told him to ask us for more money due to a mistake they made. This left us stressed and uncertain if we would even make our flight in time. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
