We stayed here for two nights with our small dog. The property is pet-friendly and well located, just a 10 minute walk from the city center and the Christmas market. We also used the on site parking, which was very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is including bottled water in the room rate. That said, there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, where for less than the price of a minibar bottle you can an buy a six pack.

We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return.

Great located hotel with very friendly staff and good service. Rooms are bigger than expected and very modern. Parking is available direct at the hotel. We traveled here for 2 nights but immediately checked out once we got to our room. The lack of pictures should have given me a sign. The room was supposed to be a triple room 260 square feet. It was the size of a cruise cabin room. The bathroom was a nice size but the room itself was tiny. They put a cot on the floor which was under a desk that would have my mom hit her head at night. Rooms are big enough for 2 people max. Maybe with a baby but that’s it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a night refunded but in hindsight I should have made a bigger issue and gotten part of the second night too (minus thehe cost of cleaning as we did go into the room and sit on the bed). Other things to note the elevator was tiny. The hallway to the rooms were super dark. The entry itself was clean but had a smell of rancid spilled coffee with milk. The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but realistically only a 2.5 star hotel if I’m being generous. This was an expensive mistake

Amazing Christmas Markets Hotel

Hotel Diane Dauphine was such an amazing place to stay. The staff was great and accommodating, loved all the littles touches of having hot wine and gingerbread every evening and the breakfast aaa bar far the best I’ve seen at a hotel!
