The hotel is near new and in great condition. Facilities are in top condition. The only negative is the difficulty with secure parking. The limited number of parking spots is nearly always full resulting in having to park in the overflow parking abut 400m from the Hotel. To get there you have to walk through an unlit open area (daytime carpark) with bollards and rope restricting access. Not the best.
