We were in the 89 Marion property which was ideal! Great location, clean and comfortable room, common areas with games, great vibe, quiet, safe neighborhood, and plenty of restaurants to walk to at Coolidge Corner!

The good: spacious clean rooms, great location, renovated bathroom, and good value. I plan to stay here again. But believe the other reviews — there is noise between units and floors, and no one will be present on site to assist. For a hotel where everything is conducted online, ironically the online experience was the most problematic. The webpage link for driver’s license didn’t work, the instructions for the locks were inaccurate, and the WiFi was not secure. (How about concern for guest’s security, not just the booking site’s?) It’s clear that guests are mainly on their own. That said, the building and location are comfortable and big pluses, and easily outweigh these negatives for me.

Elevator out of service with no promise date for a fix. We chose this property due to moderate mobility issues (especially on stairs). Got room on “first” floor. Still up 2 flights of stairs to get there. Would have been impossible if totally confined to a wheelchair. Room was a nicely converted former dining room with modern bathroom, closet and tiny kitchenette added. No on-site staff, but reasonably good next day response to phoned-in requests. Kleenex not provided. No cleaning or fresh towels without phone request. Guests expected to take their own trash to the basement.
