The staff at the hotel was lovely! The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel breakfast buffet was really nice. They had a lot of options to choose from. Locatio is very close to the train station which is very convenient, and it is also a short walk away from the city center. I recommend staying here!

Good value for the money and easy accessible. We only were in Besancon for one night during traveling back home from Bordeaux. Overall the hotel shows good value for the money. Breakfast was of good quality and good selection. Only the bathroom needs to be updated, especially the toilet.

Great place to stay

Lovely hotel room although it is a premium room. Very spacious with toilet separate to shower room. It looks like it would wheelchair friendly. Lovely shower one downside is the small hand basin. Very difficult to use without splashing water everywhere. Great location right next to the station and if the walk into the old town seems too far, the tram takes you into the centre.

2/10 Poor

Service dog with service papers was rejected. Traveled 10 hours and needed sleep. France law requires to not discriminate and hotel expressed that they are above the law.

The air conditioning did not work. It ran but never cooled. I slept on top of the sheets. The desk person said the air was turned on but just needed time to cool. The room was nice. Hotel is close to a oark

4/10 Fair

Car parking poor. The car park was full and the overflow arrangement with the local railway station is not user friendly. It took 30 mins to exit car park with hotel issued tickets which fail to raise exit barrier. Separately, wifi not accessible . Not acceptable in today’s age. Hotel layout weird and signage to some rooms disappears long before you’re close to room. I would not return to this hotel.

Underground parking good. Entrance though bar with several steps up to reception. No clear signs to direct to lift in bar. Had to ask receptionist to help lift suitcases to reception. She never mentioned lift either! Good beds and room facilities. Nobody on desk in morning to check out. Was about to leave a note when the receptionist appeared. Hotel seemed to run on skeleton staff.

Det enda negativa var frukosten. Dåligt urval av pålägg, fanns nästa ingen ost, köttpålägget några skivor slarvigt upplagda på fat. Fr.a.inte prisvärt.

Hamman a l’arrêt, spa ligne d’eau sale.

Hôtel agréable. Manque le peignoir pour descendre au spa. Les salles de bains vieillissent . Sinon idéal pour profiter et se reposer. Petit déjeuner varié
