Everything was great Clean rooms and lovely environment. Only thing I would recommend is having a phone line to the after hours check in. My wife was stressing the entire drive up because nobody was there to answer the phone when we were calling to tell them we were going to check in late. Our entire drive up there we were worried we wouldn't be able to check in and my wife frantically called other hotels to see if there were reservations because she thought we wouldn't be able to check in. That of course disappeared when we arrived on site to see someone at the after hours check in booth but we worried holes in our heart the entire drive up there. Happy wife happy life.

The entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was dated but we loved it! The rooms were clean, kitchen was clean and bathrooms were clean. There were a few random treasures left from previous people’s stays. The pool was great and a fantastic treat in the cold! The location was away from the Main Street of Helen but it was also an easy walk to get to all the activities. The drive up and down the resort was roughly 16 to 18 degree grade. Checkout was easy and there were some easy directions that needed to be followed but for the price and location, nothing but love for this place!

The chalets had everything we needed from bedding, towels, pots, pans. We loved the view of downtown Helen, and a close walk to downtown. The drive up is a little steep, but once we got used to it, not bad. If you have hip issues, there are quite a steep flight of stairs. overall very good, my grandkids and daughter loved it, and they especially loved the jacuzzi in the loft bedroom. I think it would be nice to go back in warmer weather so we could enjoy the pool and outdoors.

We loved everything about this location. It could use a larger TV downstairs, hotels don't have 19" tv anymore. There is a steep hill to walk down to take the path to downtown, not advisable for seniors. But you can park at the bottom by the path of you don't want to walk up the very steep hill. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything for a perfect weekend away

Pretty great place for the money. Got a good view and plenty of family space. I loved the woods and nature right at the back of our property. Was some spiders hanging around but lady at the front desk was very very clear concise and gave good instructions. Also have good recommendations!! Thanks guys
