We have never stayed in such an awful place before this. The key cards didn't work. The rooms were dusty and dirty. The heater didn't work and the bedding was disgusting. We and 2 other people who were also suppose to stay for 2 night checked out a day early. The conditions of that place was terrible. She gave us a receipt saying she charged us only 1 night but when I check our credit card statement it was for 2. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a bed for the night on New Year's Eve but it wasn't the Ritz by a long shot. Window and door needs winterized felt a breeze all night and bathroom floor had not been cleaned. It was a bed because every place around was sold out!!

First of all, when we called and I spoke with someone over the phone, they told me that the pet fee was only ten dollars per dog per night.And then when we got to the hotel, it was actually twenty dollars per dog per night. On top of that, we get to our room and the air conditioner doesn't work. And we brought this up to them several times and they refused to fix it or move us to a different room. We also had to go and ask for towels because there wasn't enough in our room.And when we asked the front desk person about it, she shooed me away, like it wasn't a big deal.And said somebody would be here in a moment to get us towels, as if the towels weren't supposed to be in my room already. On top of that, we gave them well over twenty four hour notice that we were gonna check out a day early and they are refusing to give us a refund for the last day. I will never stay here again.And I advise other people don't stay here as well. Also there's no continental breakfast.
