My Blue Hotel was the perfect place to relax for our family. Our room was cleaned daily. Additionally, we had a breakfast buffet with plenty of healthy and delicious options. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. We were right in front of the beach with beach loungers. All hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a great stay here. We weren't really sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised, our room overlooked the pool and the ocean. My only feedback for those who want quiet would be to get a room in a different location, the music and taxis can be loud. Pretty and clean property. The hotel is on a quiet stretch of beach, about a 15-20 minute walk into town. The rooms are large and clean, but not very soundproof. Bring a sound machine! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the pools were clean, and the sunsets stunning!

Great hotel with very pleasant staff. A little bit away from “centrum” of holbox, but quiet and lovely. We loved the pool and beach area. The guy in the bar was very service minded. The breakfast was the same everyday. Wouldn’t mind if they switched a little bit, but all in all good breakfast. We booked a 3 island tour from the hotel, which was nice. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Big thanks to Enrique and all the staff. Our stay was perfect and we hope to be back someday.

Excellent food, chef is very talented. Great location on the beach and a short 5-10min walk away from town and restaurants. Very cozy and beautiful setting with the restaurant/breakfast area. Bit of problems with birds at breakfast and I don’t understand why the staff were not better at cleaning the tables. That would probably solve the problem with the birds. Clean and modern rooms, newly renovated. I definitely recommend this place!

Location: awesome , near everything but far enough away too Staff: awesome, very helpful at all levels and functions Weather: awesome Food: good. Breakfast Buffett was decent. Good way start the day. Only super minor complaint would be the acoustics of the hallway on ground floor really carried sound. Likely carpets with all the sand pulled from beach by hotel guests would be a nightmare but if I had one thing I’d try to change, that be it. Other than that, five stars. Five happy stars. Excellent!
