Plenty of parking, room was clean, bed was comfy. Set near some wonderful views and in a very quiet area. Evening meal was lovely with plenty of choice, same for the breakfast. Staff were very polite & welcoming. I travel a lot for work and if every place I stayed was as good as this then I would never want to go home.

A beautiful hotel with clean comfy rooms and. Lovely restaurant. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and they have a shuttle van to pick you up from the Coast to Coast Walk! Highly recommend!

The main reception entrance door is a modern dark metal style slab with an insignificant sign beside it . However, our reception was friendly and efficient and she showed us to our room. The room was clean and well decorated with excellent facilities including a Nespresso type machine for tea and coffee. The shower was over bath and all very clean and smartly decorated. A very comfortable bed meant we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant was nice with excellent menu choices and chatty efficient staff. Parking was free and good spaces. We had an all round excellent stay.

Gorgeous property, staff were so lovely, lots of parking! Room and decor was lovely and we felt so at home. It’s a shame we didn’t spend more time on site. Breakfast was great, and the cafe was insane! Probably one of the best cafes in the county, if not country. We will definitely return. The choice to purchase local produce from the pantry was a nice touch too. We visited the area for business, but hope to come back in our spare time and stay again!

Lovely clean room, always smells divine. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would be good to have somewhere to store suitcase rather than on the floor. Food in restaurant excellent as always. Had to check out in the middle of the night to visit A & E, after being informed there would be a night porter on duty there was no one around to let me out of the hotel. A bit disappointed with this as needed help.
