10/10 Exceptional

Got a really nice and spacious room, perfect location, good value for money!
Anine, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good budget hotel in central London.

Room was clean and spacious. We had a room with three beds. No AC but had a fan. Other than an issue with the toilet, overall impression was good. Nice central location. Would probably stay at this hotel again.
2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely room and friendly staff.

We arrived early morning and check in was not till 3pm and we was greeted by the lovely friendly reception lady who let us go to our room early which was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh. Loved the high ceiling and big windows. Everything was all new and it was just lovely. The hotel was also in a really nice area, lots of shops and restaurants near by and only 7 min walk from Earl’s Court underground.

Good two nights away visiting friends

Staff very friendly and sorted Plug issue for us. Shower was ok, not a power shower (Shame) Bed matress was too hard for our liking. Couldnt log on tv with our phones, possibly our smart ones arent Smart enough!
Debbie, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

No breakfast facilities. Very close to Earls' Court Tube station
Simon, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent location near Earls Court station. Being on a side road meant it was fairly quiet, very little traffic noise. One or two maintenance niggles: one bedside light didn't work, the waste from the basin didn't clear and the bathroom handle was loose. But would stay there again.
Clare, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Bit tight for 3 single beds and 3 adults. Clean, looks like a room update is going on throughout so will improve as a little tired. Shower tiny and the bowl floor is a slippery one, be careful. Served a purpose with a great location near Earls Court Tube. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Have no expectations and you will be fine…

It’s convenient, close to amenities, no frills. Bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin. Shower, the shower was tiny, imagine standing on top of a washing machine, I’m not exaggerating, it was that small, has to shower with the doors open This was room 10 Also drilling going on which woke me up. Trust me, I never complain but I did laugh to myself about the shower, pillows and the drilling the next day.

Value for miney

Great staff, very friendly welcome and smooth check in. Amazing location for the tube, 2m walk if that. Rooms are a bit dated and it was possibly the smallest shower I’ve ever been in but for the price I felt it was fine and absolutely nothing worth complaining about. Comfy bed and athe room had all the other little things you need. Would stay again if I needed a quick room in London for a night.

Something out of the past, but not in a good way

Challenging to stay here and lug our bags up some very steep stairs to an ancient room after staying in some lovely hotels throughout the UK.

6/10 Good

Not a great place, but it's ok

The bed mattresses were so old and so uncomfortable. The furniture was poor. However it's in a convenient location and it was good enough.
Dan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The accomodation was fine. Tidy rooms, clean linnens, but the bathroom was very old and small.
Ilse, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

This is an affordable stay. The property needs some repair. It is clean. However the shower is very small and lighting in the bathroom was poor. If you don’t spend a lot of time in the room it is nice for the price.

As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe at this property! The staff was very kind and it is super close to the Earls Court metro station so super easy to get to the popular attractions. Also lots of easy-food nearby like McDonalds and Cafe Nero

I would stay here again

Stayed here for my 2 nights I was in London. Definitely are a LOT of stairs if you're anywhere above the 1st floor. If you have heavy luggage, the second floor seems so far away. No lift, so just be prepared to climb. Not an issue without luggage, but with luggage it was a struggle. Once upstairs, my room was very large and spacious. The bed was fine for a few nights of sleep. The bathroom was small (like all of European bathrooms) but the shower had plenty of space and it all did what was expected. It all seemed mostly clean, there were a few hairs in pretty sure weren't mine, but that wasn't a big deal, they were in random places in the bathroom. The windows opened up nicely to let in air and there was also a nice stand alone fan that helped, as I was there in the middle of a heat wave. It is located in a GREAT place near the Earls Court Tube entrance! So convenient. I stayed here so it was easy to get into the city, but also the day I was leaving, it was easy to get to the airport. I would stay here again. I felt it served what I needed. There was construction happening, so that was a little annoying, as they turned off the water when I wanted to shower and had to wait 10 minutes to take a shower when I was already standing in the shower and no water had come out 😅 but again, my room seemed updated and the front desk staff were friendly.
