What an incredible stay! We came from Malibu and expectations were high. So happy with our choice- everything from staff, to breakfast, to our cleaning crew, to location and how peaceful it is. Definitely recommending to all our friends!

What a difficult review! What seems like should have been a 10 property had so many issues. We stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up from some thumping along the wall at the floor. It lasted about 5 minutes. Stopped. Then started again a bit later. We were gone all day and when we went to bed to get woken up multiple times. You could hear gurgling coming through the floor, clanking in the walls, and air in the pipes. In the morning all you could hear was air in the pipes and low water pressure. The rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The room had a Nespresso but no capsules. The refrigerator had 2 sodas 2 beer and one soda water but no bottles of water-no opener. Our friends room had 2 bottles of water and one soda. There was a mix of glassware. At night half of the outdoor lighting around the property did not work. We used our phones to light the path to our room. The outdoor pool with our room was nice but was never cleaned of leaves and debris. Our room had plaster spots around it and on the front door. The property shares dining service with the Radisson Blue. The breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the patio. Clearly some maintenance issues to resolve. We had friends staying in another room in a different part of the property and they had water issues as well.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is not only beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but it is also exceptionally clean and professionally run. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned daily, and the bed sheets were changed every day, which we really appreciated. You could see that all of the staff worked incredibly hard to maintain such high standards. A special thank you to Hatice and Sema, who looked after our room. Their attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. They did an excellent job every day, and thanks to them, the hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was lovely, with incredible views that made each morning special. The location was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a restful getaway. We had an amazing two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Disappointed

We had problem at the check in. They have problem accepting foreign credit cards. The room was disappointing. The floor looked like the construction is not yet finished with full of paint drops all around. The floors also looked like they were never wiped. It is a relatively new property but already needs a lot of maintenance. The sea view room literally looks at a garbage collection point with 4 big garbage bins with open lids all they (see photo). It is interest no one in the hotel is annoyed by this and do something to cover this ugly view and smell. The sheets and quilt were made of nylon and not comfortable at all. It gives a cheap feeling. The people at the reception were not friendly and far away from being professional. I will not come back to this place. Overall, expensive for what it is.

Personel güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcı oldu. Otel konseptine bayıldık, ferah ve çok temizdi. Peyzajı da harika! Zeytin ağaçlarının içinde huzurlu bir tatil istiyorsanız mutlaka gelmelisiniz

Oteli genel anlamda sevdik.

Havuzu kontrol etmeye gelen görevli aniden odaya girdi. Gece kapatılabileceğini söyledi bizde kapatılsın dedik ama kapatılmadı. Odada klima, ışıklar vs. Her şey çalışır vaziyetteydi. Lighthouse otelin beach i ile anlaşmalılar.

Temizlikle ilgili bazı yorumlar tedirgin etmişti lakin her şey temizdi gayet, sadece havuz ilk gün biraz yüzeyinde kir toplanmış gibiydi ertesi güne hiç bir şeyi kalmadı temizlenmiş. Manzaraya zaten söylenecek söz yok. Hizmette gayet iyi yerindeydi ne eksik ne fazla.

Oteli tercih etmemizin en önemli sebebi yeni, bakımlı görünüyor oluşu, mutfak opsiyonu ve hususi havuzu oluşu idi. Ancak havuz seçeneği dışında tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimizi sanmıyorum. Temizlik konusunda kapı pencere kenarları örümcek ağları kaplıydı. İlk konaklama gününde karınca istilası olmasına ve bunu bildirmemize rağmen herhangi bir balım yapılmadı. Kendi yanımızda getirdiğimiz böcek haşere kovucularla kurtulduk. Mutfak için mikrodalga ve ocak kullanımdışı dediler. Kahvaltı radisson oteli ile anlaşmalıydı iyiydi. Yemekler oda hizmeti ile temin ediliyor. Fiyatlar uçuk değil uygun bence.

Novva otel açıldığından itibaren her yaz mutlaka geliriz.
