The room was very nice and cozy. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we got there. The had a nice pool on the rooftop and a bar / restaurant that gave a great view of Rome. It was in walking distance to a bunch of great sights and plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. A very nice stay and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome.

Great stay! Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were kind. Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. The location is much quieter compared to other hotels near attractions, but still walkable to everything we wanted to see. My only complaints were there is only elevator and it is extremely slow, and the breakfast buffet was very overpriced and the food was just ok. Overall good stay and would come back!

Excellent deluxe room with plenty of space for 3 people, comfy large bed and comfy extra sofa bed. The continental breakfast was very good with a range of pastries, cereal, breads, meat, cheese, eggs, and lots more. Great overall experience with a decent location that was not too far from anywhere in the Rome city center, We loved the proximity to the Colosseum and Regoli, which is an amazing pastry shop. We did not love the roof top bar for breakfast as it was overpriced and not good at all, especially in a city where the food is so good! The rooftop bar had decent drinks at night if you are looking for not an inexpensive night cap. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable. Overall, great hotel and a great stay!

As a solo traveler, my stay at The Major was perfect. The single room was spacious and well designed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was very helpful and although the hotel is away from the main tourist sights, there were lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance that I greatly enjoyed. If you’re a light sleeper, I suggest requesting a room away from the main street and not on the 4th floor, as the noise from traffic and the noise from the rooftop restaurant might disturb your sleep.
