Estacionamento foi algo que deixou a desejar não tem estacionamento para o Hotel. Quarto- super limpo muito bom. Equipe de funcionários excelente muito prestativos e educados. O hotel é bem localizado, em região turística e de frente para o mar, e a decoração é bonita. Os funcionários merecem destaque, sempre gentis e prestativos. Entretanto, alguns pontos comprometeram a estadia de quem viaja a trabalho. O lobby costuma ter bastante movimento de turistas e música alta, o que dificulta muito para quem precisa sentar e trabalhar. Como não há um espaço mais reservado além do restaurante, ficamos alternativa. A limpeza do quarto também deixou a desejar. Precisei pedir na recepção que limpassem o banheiro, porque a arrumação parecia se limitar a fazer a cama e trocar a toalha, sem varrer o quarto nem limpar o banheiro. Aproveito para registrar uma incoerência, a rede Ibis que comunica preocupação ambiental não deveria trocar as toalhas diariamente por padrão. No café da manhã, com o hotel cheio de turistas, o salão ficava lotado e o preparo dos ovos não acompanhava a demanda. Para quem tem horário contado pela manhã, isso pesa e muito. Apesar da gentileza da equipe, faltou alguém de A&B mais atento para antecipar o movimento e acionar a cozinha a tempo. São questões de gestão e processo, não de atendimento, já que o time da linha de frente foi excelente.

Não tem estacionamento Não há estacionamento gratuito disponível e o estacionamento pago oferecido por vocês frequentemente não possui vagas. Além disso, a área destinada para embarque e desembarque fica constantemente tomada por carros, dificultando até mesmo a passagem de pedestres. Se eu soubesse que a situação era dessa forma, não teria escolhido me hospedar aí. Ressalto ainda que, no período da noite, é praticamente impossível estacionar na região, a não ser utilizando um estacionamento particular.
