Excellent location in Berlin, close to main tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. Great customer focus and outstanding service. Nice and well-equipped rooms. Highly recommended!

A modern gem of small hotel

the hotel entrance is digitized where you pick-up your room key ready on the small reception desk. The lobby has a coffee machine where you can have your wonderful complementary coffee in the morning with some cake/snacks.The location is fantastic in a lovely neighborhood with a great bakery, some restaurants and a small supermarket.

This is a great hotel! The hotel was clean and while the room was a little bare bones, the bed was comfy and the desk/chair was useful. The bathroom was clean and actually quite large and well kept. In the hotel itself, there were shelves with maps and pamphlets about different places in Berlin which were very helpful! The location is close to a good retail and restaurant area, in addition to the metro lines which can get you to the city center in minutes. My only negative was that the self-check-in kiosk didn't work properly at first, and there was no one on site to assist, but after a few tries, I was able to get in. This is a good spot!

Charming place with great service.

Amazing service. Only things missing were a thick door to the corridor and a balcony like the photos on Hotels.com.

Clean Room, Smaller than expected but still enjoyable. Nice amenities including coffee, fresh fruit and pastries. No microwave so no way to reheat food.

I came to run the marathon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Clean, quiet, cozy, responsive and very well located, both for me as a runner and my friends as spectators. I can see myself staying here every time I come to Berlin from now on. Thank you Kerlin!!

Mycket dålig app för att checka in.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig, große Zimmer, alles soweit vorhanden!

Great location although we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. No air conditioning was issue as it was 30 degrees and being in the top floor made it tough.
