Close to Paddington Station and the bus stop for the Hop on Hop off bus. Right off to the side are bars, restaurants, and 24 hour convenience stores. The street is very quiet at night. Free coffee and tea during the day.

The room was very updated with new electronics that operated the lights, shower and room requests. It's a small room but it worked for us and we had a lot of luggage from transitioning from a cruise to land travel. The continental breakfast was great with lots of good choices.

have stayed at this hotel few times previously and always found it clean and comfortable. rooms are small but well designed. Only issue is rooms that are on the stairwell at mid point of floors-hard to get luggage to (but staff helped with that) and decide if need to go up a floor to walk down, or floor below and walk up. prefer the rooms at back off the walkway on main level if available.
