Good location, comfortable beds, Sufficient
We stayed at the Amazing 2 Bedrooms Condo at Ballston for a week for a family trip. It was a bit spendy but we went with the apartment instead of a hotel so that we would have cooking facilities and 2 bathrooms. There are pros and cons to this facility.
Pros -
1) The location is excellent, just a couple blocks off the metro and we took the metro everywhere.
2) The bed and sheets were very comfortable.
3) There was a 24x7 line to call for assistance.
4) There were 2 desks for kids to do homework.
5) Simple wipeable funiture and extra blankets.
6) 2 Bathrooms
Cons -
1) I didn't notice until after how much was added to the price of our stay beyond the price listed on Hotels. There was almost $300 in taxes and a $155 resort fee that I don't recall was disclosed on the listing until you book.
2) The second bedroom flooded while we were there so we had to allow maintenance to come into the facility and the carpet was all wet there.
3) We had no washcloths, no kitchen towels, and no hotpads.
4) Supplies were limited for a week-long stay. 3 diswasher pods, 2 paper towels, and 2 Toilet paper rolls for each bathroom for the entire week and there were 4 females in our group.
5) Cabinet fronts could use a good wipe down, but other surfaces clean.
6) No pizza cutter (seems like pizza is a pretty common thing to need in an apt.
7) Spatula was all melted at the bottom and pans were pretty scraped up so hard to cook eggs with these.
