Staff were really polite and helpful couldn’t praise them enough however the double room was smaller than expected and could have been cleaner, stain on bedsheets, carpet was dirty and stains on curtains and blinds, we could also not open or close the window. Found it hard to sleep as the window wasn’t sealed so was really noisy outside with traffic.

I was honestly impressed by this hotel. Great location very close to the city center. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. All the staff were very attentive and friendly which made the stay much more pleasant. They were available 24/7. An extra shoutout to Rida who was very helpful with recommendations, extra water bottles, fan etc. Only downside is no fridge in the room and cracky floor in the room. No elevator. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

We travelled to Dublin from Canada. We were pleased with the location of the hotel. It was the perfect distance from Temple Bar / Grafton Street area with a beautiful walk through St. Stephen’s Park. Security is always a big part of travelling abroad and we felt 100% comfortable with this hotel. To get into the hotel, we had to be let in - which gave us the ultimate sense of security for the property. Specifically, Benjamin was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anybody planning to visit Dublin.

Very nice place, as long as you know what you’re expecting. As it’s good basic stay, nothing too fancy but you do have everything you need and a good amount of space. A good amount of stairs to go up and down, so pack only what you’re okay with carrying up the stairs. The location is great, it’s right by a huge and beautiful park that you can walk through to get to other areas. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk so everything is very close by. Staff were so kind and were eager to help. Overall, a good stay.
