Enjoyed our stay at Arthotel ANA Gala in Vienna. We arrived at the hotel quite late and the hotel out of ours support was already aware of our late arrival and checked us in over the phone. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is a few stops away from the Vienna central and it's close to the D tram link and U6 metro line.

This hotel was very clean, nice room with lots of space, lovely big window. It wasn't noisy, the breakfast was good and the staff were professional and friendly. My only criticism would be it's proximity to the city centre, it's a 10 minute tram ride away or a 20-30 minute walk. Apart from that it was great.

Staff were kind, and the location was very good for easy access to transportation. However, the facility was a bit outdated, especially the air-conditioning. It does have air conditioning, but it didn't quite work well enough. I had to keep the windows open with two extra fans even when 'airconditio' was at full blast. It was adequate. Nothing fancy. I was greeted by a guy that clearly didn't aspire to be in this line of work at this stage in his life. To be sure, I was early, so i just left my luggage there and went off, I ended up checking in much later, by a much nicer guy. Breakfast was adequate, too, coffee left much to be desired.
