Very convenient, beautiful hotel. Room was on 5th floor, spacious and simple tasteful decoration. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We requested “normal” pillows because the room just one long very flat pillow to be shared between us and didn’t work for us side sleepers that wiggle a lot. They quickly supplied the pillows, no fuss. Coffee at the hotel cafe was delicious and staff there was very friendly and prompt. Can’t wait to return, so convenient and comfortable.

Excellent location. Great view from breakfast room however it would have been nice if it was used as a bar area in the evenings given the outstanding view. The cafe on the main floor was excellent and offered a great option for breakfast as well. The 6th floor rooms have pretty water views but the floor above is the buffet room so quite noisy early in the morning. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff is outstanding. No gym on the property but they offer a pass to a nearby gym which is very good.

The woman at reception when we checked in was lovely. The man at the check out was the opposite, rude and morose. Our room was nice and quiet. The whole place has a lot of marble. If that is not your taste stay away.

Hotel was was right at the port so easy walking to bars and restaurants, fantastic view from the breakfast room on the 7th floor and breakfast was good, there’s a limited number of parking places and some are on the small side so arrive early if you want to park at the hotel, there are other parking garages around the area though.
