Amazing hotel

Our stay at Open Gate was amazing. The rooms were beautiful with spectacular water views. But the best part about it was the staff. It’s a family run hotel and they are wonderful to talk with. Very helpful, friendly and always welcoming.

The room was spacious, we had a room with four beds, it was clean and the comforters were so thick and comfortable! The air conditioning worked amazingly. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs! The bathroom was large with a great shower! The balcony had chairs and great views! Great hotel.

Wonderful hotel and stay! Great location in Praiano, we really enjoyed being able to walk to different restaurants for dinner as well as a hidden gem of a beach with access to water taxis. Food was fabulous and bed was comfy. They also have parking spots available if you rented a car. Our favourite hotel experience on the Amalfi Coast.

The hotel manager Pasquale delivered exceptional service, helping with car arrangements, bus schedules, dining reservations and more. The location is great, just a 15 minutes bus ride to Positano and a walk to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony facing the ocean, great views! The hotel staff is super friendly and attentive. The included breakfasts were very good and dinners as well.
