The hotel is set beautifully in gardens, with a good sized swimming pool. Quite a calm oasis. Our room on the first floor was a good size with a large balcony that had seating and a table, and looked out to the front of the hotel over the gardens and pool. Really nice. Annoyingly didn't have a light on the balcony so sitting to read in the late evening was not on. Hotel is easily reached on foot from Juan les Pins station. The pool is very nice, but without enough sunbeds for the number of guests, a situation the hotel seeks to solve by allowing guests to reserve them at €10 a time. There's bar service in the pleasant lounge or by the pool/terrace - welcome but a little expensive at €12 for a large draught beer. Breakfasts seem adequate but a bit chaotic, with again the staff finding it difficult to keep up with demand. However, despite niggles, the important stuff was all good and it's a very good choice in this area.
