Perfect position . In very central place. Only thing is the rooms are quite small (probably because in city center of Cannes!). Also parking is bit difficult. Otherwise all amenities, shops,... are just few steps from the hotel.

8/10 Very good

The location was perfect! Two blocks from the station and the beach and easy walk to old town. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming (we even got early check in). Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. But the room and hotel in general were a bit rundown and in need of some repairs and updating. Eg the window to our room wouldn’t close properly and we could not adjust the AC. But I would probably stay here again because for me the positives outweighed those few negatives.

I loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was super central; shops, cafes, restaurants as well as the train station. The beach was a 10/13 minute walk which was great. Staff were super helpful and kind, the breakfast option was wonderful and overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

6/10 Good

Unimpressed with the size of the room. Air conditioning was on all day and the room never got cool. Very thin walls so you can hear people in other rooms from yours. Front desk staff was kind but upstairs cafe staff was unfriendly and ice machine was broken as well.

6/10 Good
