Best hotel I stayed in in Cannes, and I have been there many, many times. The service was good, the pool was actually the size you see at the pictures and it’s very close to La Croisette and the shipping street (Rue D’Antibes). I can easily stay there again.

Great boutique hotel with spacious rooms, lovely staff, pool and bar. Breakfast was amazing everyday that we stayed. We were in town for a work event and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops and dinning. Will plan to stay again on the next visit.

The staff especially Hugo and Victoria are so welcoming and make you feel nothing is too much .They are very professional and made our stay special.They are both an asset to Hotel Victoria. This was a great little boutique hotel that was immaculate in almost every respect. The location was extraordinary. Shortcomings would include a parking garage with unbelievably small spots and a breakfast that reflected the problems of dealing with a small number of clients. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The service and attention to detail is unsurpassable in this charming, small boutique hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. I've stayed here for several years at festival time and it's a great location. Near to the action but a bot of an oasis of quiet. Highly recommended.

Great location ! Easy 1.5 block walk to the waterfront boardwalk. We were upgraded to a pool view room which was clean and well maintained . The pool was great and we used it every day during the heat wave while we were in Cannes. Parking was “OK” , but very limited and a challenge to get in and out of the parking stalls. If you have a larger vehicle it would be very difficult. We had a small crossover SUV and parking was a challenge. Having said that, without on-site parking I am not sure where we would have parked. Overall a very good facility and I would certainly stay again. One complaint is the “smoking allowed” policy around the pool and outdoor patio area’s. It ruined our enjoyment of an otherwise pleasant stay. I complained to management, and they were long on sympathy but short on action. Ces’t la vie - it is France !

Great location and lovely staff, the room was clean which is great. However the hotel having keys to enter/lock the room doors instead of card swipes is very inconvenient. You have to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave the hotel and collect when you come back in. The second thing is I barely slept as the room next to mine made noise up until 3am (not the hotel fault I know) but I did ring reception to explain to them this issue but they didn’t do anything about it as the noise continued

This is a hard one to review. The staff was amazing. I read reviews before I went and was excited about the property. Problem #1 is parking. On website it said there was parking and no mention of price. Arrived and was told it was 16 euros. Not happy, but so be it. Then, that only very small car would fit. So, no parking. We had to go 2 blocks and use public parking at 28 euros. Problem #2 is smoking on site. I didn’t mind that people smoke, but our balcony was next door to someone that smoked non stop all night long. It was hot so we had to keep our balcony door open. Didn’t sleep a wink. Sent message and haven’t received an apology or am I am sorry. Disappointing to say the least
