Very clean room. And very polite and helpful staff everywhere. Breakfast is what you can expect of a 4 star and as in every other hotel there toaster cannot toast 😊 Their restaurant is with a varied menu the food is fine but like most places the pretend to be more than they are. Good selection of wines. My complaint: we had the suite for three nights. I mailed them twice to have flowers in the room for my wife’s birthday, no answer. I called them about it. No flowers in the room 😢 They do not respond to mails and on the phone it’s yes yes yes very polite but they don’t follow through.

This hotel has the friendliest & most helpful staff. Welcoming with big smiles & always saying hello no matter how many times they see you. They will just talk to you & are very interested in what you say. The breakfast is AMAZING so I do recommend including it when you book the room. Also the hotel is a 2 minute walk from Central Shopping Mall, it is also packed with everything you need.
