8/10 Very good

We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at the hotel. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. One small point for improvement would be the housekeeping: the pillowcases were not changed every day. Apart from that, everything was very good and we had a lovely experience.

The receptionist noticed that our luggage was too large for the room we had booked and kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which we really appreciated. The air conditioning worked well, there was a small lift available, and the bathroom was a good size. Overall, it was a comfortable stay!

Maurice, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful to me. He would always greet me when I walked in the door. When asked, Maurice would point me in the right direction. He helped me get to the airport by public transportation. He even waited with me at 4am for my uber driver to pick me up from the front of the hotel. Maurice is a gem and this hotel is very lucky to have him there. At night, there would be a lovely charcuterie board with wine on the table for all to grab. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Great location too! Close to the buses and metro. Convenient laundromat next door too!
